Business Formation Solutions LLC ("BFS") provides document preparation and filing services only. BFS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, tax advice, or legal representation of any kind. No attorney-client relationship is created by this engagement.

Third Party Designee Authorization

If your service includes an EIN application, you authorize BFS to submit the application to the IRS on your behalf as Third Party Designee, using the IRS's online EIN system. You remain the Responsible Party at all times. Most EINs are issued the same day.

Client Responsibilities

You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and that any business address provided is a physical street address (not a P.O. Box) located in the state of formation.

Fees

All prices shown are all-inclusive. Fees are due in full before work begins and are non-refundable once BFS has submitted a filing on your behalf.
